Arriving November 20
A strange city, a high floor, and the same woman he has been trying to impress for years. A slow, close record about a long love that still gets nervous, built on a hook that keeps cutting itself off: do not, do not disturb.

Do Not Disturb checks into a hotel and never leaves the room. The verses are made of small arrival details, a key card blinking green, a bag dropped by the bathroom sink, someone pretending to unpack while watching the person at the window. Dinner is booked for seven and it is already half past eight.
What makes it more than a night away is memory. Earrings from a night they could not afford, counting money when they had none, a room this high and a view they used to chase. The chorus lands on the line the whole song turns on: I know you by heart, still forget every word.
Do Not Disturb is a standalone single and is not part of Ritual Static. Written, directed, sequenced and released by Trevin Hermosillo. Vocals and instrumentation are AI performed under his direction, which is declared in the release metadata. More on that in About.
