Arriving December 4
Salt on Your Skin
Close mic intimacy over a heavy low end. Whispered call and response, a chorus that opens into wide harmonies, and a refusal to turn the lights off.

About the track
Salt on Your Skin is built almost entirely out of small physical detail, a damp shirt, a cold glass, a ring being turned, a mark on a table. The bass does the work the volume usually would.
Its bridge is the hinge: both people reach for the cover of a shirt out of habit, and then do not. The final chorus changes one line to match.
Salt on Your Skin is a standalone single and is not part of Ritual Static. Written, directed, sequenced and released by Trevin Hermosillo. Vocals and instrumentation are AI performed under his direction, which is declared in the release metadata. More on that in About.
